Located in Alley 14 Đường Thành Street, Hoàn Kiếm — right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter and just a 10-minute walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake — Singita Classy is a room category within our mini boutique hotel, offering a refined yet intimate stay. The room features elegant design, warm lighting, and modern amenities, creating a quiet and comfortable retreat for travelers seeking both style and the authentic charm of Hanoi.

Terms of stay

Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Any occupancy outside these hours may incur additional charges. Room assignment is subject to availability.
Extra guests/children will be charged according to the hotel’s policy and will be confirmed upon check-in.
Guests must present a valid ID card, passport, visa, and any legally recognized documents required by Vietnamese authorities at check-in.
The hotel is not liable for personal valuables. An in-room safety box is provided for guests’ use.
Certain in-room items will be charged if lost or damaged. Please refer to the in-room price list for details.
Guests are not permitted to bring the following into the hotel premises:
- Animals or birds of any kind
- Explosives, inflammable substances, or oils
- Items with strong or unpleasant odors
- Unregistered firearms or weapons
- Illegal drugs or prohibited items under Vietnamese law
  Note: Gambling or any acts deemed inappropriate or disruptive are strictly prohibited.
Cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited. Please use in-room electronic devices only for their intended purpose.
Strong-smelling fruits (such as durian) are not allowed inside the room.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Smoking in non-smoking areas or inside guest rooms will incur a cleaning and deodorizing fee of 3,000,000 VND.
The hotel is not responsible for food safety or hygiene issues arising from food or beverages brought in from outside.
For security reasons, guests must not change rooms or relocate personal belongings without informing Reception. Any damage to hotel property caused by guests or their visitors will be charged accordingly.
All visitors must register at the Front Desk upon arrival. A Visitor Slip must be completed, and a valid ID will be retained at the Front Desk until departure. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 20:00. After this time, visitors must register as additional guests and will be charged according to hotel policy.
To support environmental protection, please use water responsibly and remove your key card when leaving the room to disconnect the power supply.
The Management reserves the right to request guests to leave the hotel without refund if they intentionally disregard or violate the hotel’s rules and regulations.
